Steps for Grape, Brie, and Honey Skewers
Wash the grapes under running water, then dry them with a cloth. Remove the grapes one by one and place them in a container, separating the two colors.
Cut the cheese into cubes, the same size as the grapes. Gather them in a bowl, season with a drizzle of oil and, if you like, with some pepper.
Skewer the grapes and cheese on each skewer, alternating colors. Continue until all ingredients are used. Then transfer them to a serving dish or a cutting board.
Besides Brie, you can use other types of cheese such as fresh goat cheese, Robiola, sweet or spicy Gorgonzola, and even a semi-aged Pecorino.
Serve with honey as desired and, to make the dish even tastier, you can add a sprinkle of fresh rosemary and chopped pistachios or hazelnuts, as long as there are no guests with nut allergies.
