The cake I propose to you today is the Greek Yogurt Cake. A soft, fragrant cake perfect for breakfast for both adults and children. The beauty of this recipe is that it prepares in a very short time. I would say it takes more time to weigh the ingredients than to prepare it. For this cake I used a round springform pan, but if you want the cake to be very tall, I recommend using a bundt pan of 10 inches. I leave you below other recipes ideal for breakfast.

Ingredients for Greek Yogurt Cake
- 10.5 oz Greek yogurt (also vanilla flavored)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3.4 fl oz sunflower seed oil
- 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- powdered sugar (for decoration)
- 3 eggs
Steps for Greek Yogurt Cake
As mentioned above, to prepare this cake you can use either plain Greek yogurt or vanilla flavored to make this cake even more fragrant.
In a bowl, break the eggs, which should be at room temperature, add the sugar and whisk with an electric mixer until a frothy and fluffy mixture is obtained. This first step is very important to make the cake very soft.
Now pour in the oil and Greek yogurt in several additions, continuing to work with the mixer on low speed.
Now add the flour, sifted with the baking powder, a little at a time and continue to mix until a smooth, lump-free batter is obtained.
Take the pan you have chosen, if using a cake tin line it with baking paper. If instead opting for a bundt pan, grease it with oil and flour it very well.
Pour the batter, level it and put it in a preheated oven at 350°F and let it bake for about 40 minutes. Baking times may vary from oven to oven, so always perform the toothpick test before removing it from the oven.
Once ready, dust the cake with plenty of powdered sugar.

FAQ
What can I add to the batter to make it even tastier?
I must say this cake is delicious even as it is, simple. To make it even more fragrant, you can add the grated zest of a lemon or an orange to the batter. Chocolate chips are also great for those with a sweet tooth.
