Steps for Pork Tenderloin with Mushrooms

  • If you prefer, you can replace the champignon mushrooms with porcini mushrooms, or you can use those pre-mixed packages. So, clean the mushrooms by removing the dirt on the stem with a knife, cut them into slices. In a pan, pour some olive oil, finely chopped garlic, lightly brown it, pour the mushrooms in, and let them cook. Add salt and parsley. Remove the mushrooms, and in the same pan, you will cook the meat.
