Pudding with Strawberries

Ingredients for Pudding with Strawberries

  • 1 cup yogurt (strawberry or plain)
  • 1 cup liquid cream
  • 5 tbsp sugar (+ extra for strawberries)
  • 3.5 tbsp cornstarch
  • 10.5 oz strawberries

Steps for Pudding with Strawberries

  • First, wash the strawberries, dry them, and cut them into pieces not too large. Put the pieces in a bowl, add a tablespoon of sugar, and mix. Set aside, you will need them later.

  • In a pot, pour the strawberry yogurt, you can also use plain yogurt, also pour the liquid cream and mix gently, the cream should not whip.

  • Add the sugar and sifted cornstarch, mix to combine all the ingredients well, then bring to the heat on low flame.

  • Continue stirring until it comes to a boil, remove the pot from the heat and continue stirring for a few more seconds.

  • Take the strawberries and pour half inside, always stir gently and then pour the mixture into a 8.3-inch silicone mold or if you prefer in small bowls. Add the remaining strawberries on top, level well and let cool.
