Sea bream in air fryer is a really tasty, healthy main course, perfect for both lunch and dinner. A perfect fish main for any occasion, it is prepared in no time with few seasonings, ideal for those on a diet but unwilling to give up flavor. For this dish, I preferred to use fillets (which can also be found frozen) to further reduce preparation time, but if you like, you can use a whole sea bream already gutted by your trusted fishmonger.
Let’s make this recipe together. Below, I provide other recipes to try.

Ingredients for Sea Bream in Air Fryer
- 4 fillets sea bream (about 14 oz)
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- oregano
- parsley
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch garlic powder
Steps for Sea Bream in Air Fryer
First, preheat your air fryer to 356°F. Then prepare the seasoning. Wash the cherry tomatoes and dice them, place them in a bowl with chopped parsley, a pinch of garlic powder, a pinch of oregano, and a pinch of salt.
Take the fillets and, if there are any bones, proceed to remove them with tweezers.
Place the fillets inside the air fryer and cover them with the previously seasoned cherry tomatoes. If you like, you can also add chopped capers and pitted black olives.
Cook for 15 minutes by lowering the temperature to 338°F. I recommend checking the cooking after 10 minutes, it might take less time, depending on the size and thickness of your fillets.
Your fillets are now ready. Serve them on a serving plate still hot!
