The 7-jar cake, is a soft and tender dessert made with yogurt, where instead of weighing the ingredients with a scale, they are measured with the 125 g yogurt jar, hence the name 7-jar cake. I recommend using at least 2 jars, one for liquid ingredients and the other for dry ones. The 7-jar cake is a simple dessert with a delicate flavor that can be filled with creams or jams or enriched before baking with chocolate chips, nuts, raisins. It can also be made with lactose-free or completely plant-based ingredients to replace the yogurt and make it suitable for people lactose intolerant.
