Advice

It can be cooked in any type of plant-based beverage. I recommend coconut or almond. It can be sweetened as desired. It keeps in the refrigerator for 2 days.

If cooked in water, without nut paste and with allowed fresh fruit, it can also be an excellent low-nickel breakfast.
