Ingredients

  • 14 oz beef (strips)
  • 1 fresh scallion
  • 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.7 fl oz soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp powdered ginger

Tools

  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Spoon

Steps

  • Chop the white part of the scallion and set aside the green part. Put it in a pan with the oil and powdered ginger and sauté over low heat for 2 minutes. Cut the green part of the scallion into pieces.

    Add the beef strips and cook quickly, stirring continuously, for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with the soy sauce. Add the green part of the scallion along with the sesame seeds and stir.

    Serve immediately.

Tips

You can also use pre-sliced carpaccio meat.

This dish can be stored for 1 day in the refrigerator.
