Ingredients
- 14 oz beef (strips)
- 1 fresh scallion
- 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1.7 fl oz soy sauce
- 2 tbsps sesame seeds
- 1 tsp powdered ginger

Steps
Chop the white part of the scallion and set aside the green part. Put it in a pan with the oil and powdered ginger and sauté over low heat for 2 minutes. Cut the green part of the scallion into pieces.
Add the beef strips and cook quickly, stirring continuously, for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with the soy sauce. Add the green part of the scallion along with the sesame seeds and stir.
Serve immediately.
Tips
You can also use pre-sliced carpaccio meat.
This dish can be stored for 1 day in the refrigerator.
