Ingredients
- 14 oz beef (strips)
- 1 fresh scallion
- 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 3 ⅓ tbsps soy sauce
- 2 tbsps sesame seeds
- 1 tsp ground ginger

Steps
Chop the white part of the scallion and set aside the green part. Put it in a pan with the oil and ground ginger and sauté over low heat for 2 minutes. Cut the green part of the scallion into pieces.
Add the beef strips and cook quickly, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with the soy sauce. Add the green part of the scallion along with the sesame seeds and stir.
Serve immediately.
Advice
Carpaccio slices that are already prepared can also be used.
This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 day.
