- 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, wash it and slice it very finely with a knife or a mandoline.

Add the crumbled tuna and oranges to the cabbage.
Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and complete with a grind of pepper, if desired.
