Chicken Roulade in Air Fryer

The chicken roulade in air fryer is an easy second course that everyone agrees on. It’s made with deboned chicken thighs, much softer and tastier than chicken breast. To make it even lighter, you can remove the skin. Seasoned with fresh herbs, it pairs well with the classic side of potatoes.

Brush the thighs on the entire side. Roll them and tie with kitchen twine. Brush the outside as well.

Place the chicken thighs inside the basket and cook at 375°F for 45 minutes, turning them halfway through.

Once cooked, remove them from the basket, eliminate the twine, and slice not too thin.

Advice

The chicken thighs can also be flavored with paprika, curry, or other herbs.

They can also be stuffed with ham and cheese, after being pounded with a meat tenderizer.

They can be cooked with or without the skin.
