The Christmas Salmon Logs are delicious appetizers that are prepared with very few ingredients and are quick and easy. They can also be made in advance, provided they are stored in a well-sealed container wrapped in a damp cloth to prevent the sandwich bread from drying out. I paired the salmon with tartar sauce, which I think is tastier in this case compared to the classic mayonnaise, but always replaceable.
