The cocoa crepes can be a delicious breakfast or a simple dessert for the end of a meal, as they can be prepared up to 2 days in advance, stored in the fridge covered with plastic wrap, and heated for 10 seconds in the microwave before serving and filling. These crepes can also be prepared with plant-based drinks in the same quantities, making them suitable for those with lactose intolerance or allergies to cow’s milk. Generally, they are enjoyed sweet, but try them with a filling of mushrooms and gorgonzola, they will be exquisite.
