Grandma’s apple pie is a classic of Italian tradition. Few and simple ingredients like eggs, sugar, flour, and butter to make a soft and fragrant apple cake, easy to prepare, it’s my grandma’s recipe. Flavored with cinnamon and lemon zest. It can also be prepared in a lactose-free version using lactose-free butter or margarine. I recommend trying the apple cake with yogurt.
