- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- 3.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Wash the zucchini and dry them with a kitchen towel.
Slice them thinly with a mandoline.
Let marinate for about 2 hours at room temperature.
