The Guinness beef stew is a very succulent main course typical of the Irish tradition. A hearty and tasty dish to enjoy with the classic soda bread, perhaps spread with some salted butter. The beef in Guinness is a slow-cooked meat stew in beer. For this dish, you need to choose a cut of meat rich in connective tissues that make this meat gelatinous, and for this, I chose beef shin, while those who want to prepare the original recipe can choose lamb or mutton. Some variations include the addition of potatoes.
