Today I propose lemon salmon in jar cooking, a light and flavorful second course. Jar cooking is a cooking technique that allows you to prepare healthy and light foods while preserving all the flavor. Lemon salmon remains tender and juicy with a very intense lemon aroma.

Place in the microwave at a power of 750W for 6 minutes.
Remove from the microwave, being careful not to burn yourself.

Remove the clips and return to the microwave for 2 minutes; this way, the jar will no longer be vacuum-sealed.
Open the jars and serve the salmon with finely chopped chives.

Advice
You can also flavor with fresh or powdered grated ginger.
Also add fresh thyme instead of chives.
