The marinated salmon carpaccio is a tasty, quick, and light main dish. Delicious when paired with avocado and arugula, and you can add thinly sliced cucumbers. This dish can also be prepared in advance, in the morning to serve in the evening, and the marinade flavor will be more persistent. Serve either as an appetizer, replacing rice with breadsticks or some toasted bread, but also as finger food for an aperitif.
