Ingredients
- 12 oz chicken breast
- 3.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1.75 oz gluten-free rice flour
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 orange orange
- 2 sprigs tarragon
- salt
- 1 clove garlic

Steps
Grate the orange zest after washing and drying it well. Squeeze the juice and set everything aside.
Thinly slice the chicken breasts into strips. Coat them well in flour and shake off the excess.
Pour the oil into a pan and add the clove of garlic with its skin. Heat over medium flame
Add the chicken breasts and sauté for about 10 minutes. When they have turned a nice golden color, season with salt, deglaze with the white wine. As soon as the alcohol has evaporated, season with fresh tarragon, orange zest, and add the juice as well.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes and serve immediately.

Tips
Tarragon can be replaced with thyme.
