Ingredients
- 2 persimmons
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder, gluten-free
- 0.7 oz protein powder (gluten-free)

- crushed pistachios (gluten-free)

Steps
Peel the persimmons and transfer them to the blender jar.
Add the cocoa and protein.
Blend for 2 minutes and transfer into 2 bowls.
Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Unmold onto a plate, decorate with cocoa and crushed pistachios.

You can use milk protein, egg protein, or vegan protein.
