Hemp seeds contain about 30% protein, increase energy, reduce fatigue, help maintain and increase muscles and various organs, and are a very nutritious, completely natural food. Additionally, hemp seeds contain all the amino acids necessary for humans, including all essential amino acids.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 0.85 cup plant-based milk (unsweetened)

Steps

  • Pour the plant-based milk, peanut butter, and hemp seeds into the blender cup.

    Blend for a couple of minutes until everything is combined.

    Pour into a glass and garnish with a few hemp seeds, serve.

It can be stored for up to 3 hours outside the fridge in winter. During the summer season, it is advisable to store it in the fridge.

    For lower sugar content, almond or soy milk is recommended. Otherwise, any will do, from rice to oat milk.
