The strawberry tiramisu is a delicious variation of the classic tiramisu, made with cream and without eggs. With a delicate taste it will please the whole family. This recipe is very simple to prepare: just whip the cream with the mascarpone together with the sugar and the flavorings. Also the strawberry compote can be replaced by a good strawberry jam. For the limoncello soak, if children are present you can substitute it with milk or strawberry juice. Try preparing the ladyfingers (recipe); they will be delicious. Also, by using gluten-free and lactose-free products it will be perfect for those with intolerances.
