Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 vanilla bean
  • 1 teaspoon clarified butter (or coconut oil)
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 peach
  • strawberries (or blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 teaspoon hazelnut crumbs

Tools

  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Pan

Steps

  • Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk or fork.

    Add the vanilla seeds and cocoa.

    Stir vigorously to remove lumps.

    Heat a pan with butter or coconut oil.

    Pour the egg and cocoa mixture into the pan.

    Cook only on one side for 3-4 minutes.

    Place on a plate and let it cool.

    Fill with Greek yogurt, peach slices, strawberries, and crumbs.
