- 1 tbsp salted capers
- 1 tbsp anchovies in oil
- 2/3 cup meat broth
- 7 oz tuna in oil
- 1 pinch salt

Steps
Immerse the eggs in a small pot with cold water and cook for 8-10 minutes from boiling.
Drain the eggs, once cold peel them and cut into pieces.
In the blender cup, add the drained tuna, capers, and anchovy fillets.
Add the eggs and filtered broth.
Blend with an immersion blender.Adjust salt if necessary.
The sauce with this amount of broth will be thick; if a more fluid sauce is preferred, add more broth.
Advice
It can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days.

Can I use mayonnaise?
Of course, you can replace boiled eggs and broth with ready-made mayonnaise or make it yourself following this recipe. The quantity is 300 g.
