The white hot chocolate with coconut is a delight even for those who are lactose intolerant because it’s made with vegan white chocolate, coconut milk, and lactose-free cream. This hot beverage is ideal for these cold winter days, a perfect comfort food and a delicious snack for our children. I’ve not added sugar because the white chocolate is already sweet, but you can add it according to your taste.

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut beverage
- 2 oz white chocolate (vegan)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3.5 oz sweetened whipping cream (lactose-free with lactose less than 0.01% or plant-based)
- 1 oz dried coconut

- 1 Bowl
- 1 Whisk
- 1 Pot
- 1 Mixer
Steps
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
Dissolve the cornstarch with a little coconut milk.
In a pot, pour the coconut milk and cornstarch.
Heat and after 5 minutes, add the melted chocolate.
Stir with a whisk.
Cook on low heat until the desired thickness is achieved.
Serve with whipped cream and dried coconut flakes.
