The light and delicious yogurt and berry glasses are a quick dessert to prepare even when you have unexpected guests. These small desserts are made without sugar and with low-fat Greek yogurt, so they are also great for a snack or breakfast. They can also be prepared gluten-free and lactose-free. If you like Greek yogurt, I also recommend the Crepes with Greek yogurt, great for breakfast, or the Millefoglie with yogurt and berries.
