- 1 cup + 2 tbsp cups water
- 3.5 tbsp butter
- 3 eggs

Preparation of Apple Fritters without Yeast
Let’s see how to prepare the fritters.
First, heat the water in a pot and once hot, melt the butter with a pinch of salt. Once melted, remove the pot from the heat and pour in the flour all at once, put it back on the heat and mix well with a spoon until the dough detaches from the sides. Let it cool slightly and then add one egg at a time, mixing vigorously each egg should be well incorporated. At this point, peel the apples and cut them into cubes, put them into the prepared dough and mix well.
In another pot with high edges, heat plenty of vegetable oil, using a spoon take a bit of dough, immerse it in the oil and fry 3/4 fritters at a time, turn the fritters at least once, cook them until they are golden, when ready put them on kitchen paper for a few seconds to remove excess oil, meanwhile fill a plate with sugar, where you will then roll the hot fritters, and place the fritters on a serving plate, when you have finished frying enjoy them always hot, they are to die for.

The fritters can be stored in a closed container for 2/3 days or directly in the oven, if you want you can also add a bit of cinnamon.
