Bundt Cake Preparation
Let’s see how to prepare the bundt cake.
In a bowl, put the eggs and sugar, then whisk with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Pour in the almond milk, melted and cooled butter, and grated lemon zest, then add the sifted flour and baking powder and continue mixing on low speed. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, add some pieces to the batter along with half of the almonds, and mix well. Grease and flour the bundt pan, pour the batter inside, and decorate with the remaining chocolate and almond slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 45 minutes. When ready, wait for it to cool before removing it from the pan.
notes
Remember to check the baking because it can vary from oven to oven, check with a wooden skewer. Store the cake in the oven or in a closed container for 4/5 days.
