Chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients for muffins
- 1 and 2/3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1 container Yogurt (or 1/4 cup milk)
- 2 Eggs
- Half packet Baking powder
- as needed Dark chocolate chips
- as needed Sugar crystals (For decoration)
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
Preparation of chocolate chip muffins
The procedure is simple.
In a bowl, mix sugar and eggs well with a whisk, then add yogurt and softened butter and beat well until blended. Then add the sifted flour, cornstarch, and baking powder with a pinch of salt. Finally, add the chocolate chips, pour into muffin cups halfway, and sprinkle some muffins with sugar crystals. Bake at 350°F for about 15 to 20 minutes, but I recommend checking as baking times may vary depending on the oven.
