Steps Crostini with Spreadable Cheese and Olives
Let’s see how to prepare the crostini.
First of all, slice the baguette and put the slices in a pan with a drizzle of oil, and brown them. I cut them diagonally to make them slightly larger. In a bowl, place the spreadable cheese, chop the parsley, and add it to the cheese, mixing well until a smooth cream forms. Then put it in a piping bag and fill the crostini. Take the oven-baked black olives (I found them ready at the supermarket, otherwise just put them in the oven to dry a bit), cut them in half, and place them on top of the cream. Sprinkle with a bit of chopped parsley. If you like, you can put a little garlic on the hot bread. Your appetizer is ready, quick and tasty.
Notes
The crostini are good as they are, but you can also add some chopped pistachios.
