- 1 Egg
- 15 Zucchini Flowers

Preparation of Fried Zucchini Flowers
Let’s see how to prepare the flowers.
Clean and wash the zucchini flowers, dry them on paper towels.
Pour the water into a bowl, add the egg and beat with a fork, gradually add the flour, mixing well with a whisk, ensuring no lumps form.
Heat a pan with oil, meanwhile, dip the flowers in the batter, immerse them in the oil and fry both sides until golden, then place them on absorbent paper so the oil drains off.
Notes
I suggest serving and eating your flowers right away so they remain nice and crunchy, but if there’s any left over, store them in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
