Gluten-Free Chocolate Treats

Gluten-free chocolate treats are small, delightful, and super chocolatey bites, perfect for children’s snacks, but also for adults, perhaps accompanied by a cup of milk or tea, and for the more indulgent, a nice hot chocolate. They are so delicious that you won’t be able to resist.

Preparation of Gluten-Free Chocolate Treats

.

  • Let’s see how to prepare the treats.

First, finely chop the almonds to form a flour. In a bowl, beat the sugar with the eggs, then add all the sifted powders, mixing well. Then gradually add the milk and the dark chocolate melted in a double boiler, mixing the mixture well; it should be smooth and homogeneous. Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper or greased and floured. Bake in a hot oven for about 25/30 minutes at 356°F. Once out of the oven, add the chocolate and almond shavings on top, and let cool. Once cooled, divide it into small rectangles.

Notes

I used a rectangular baking pan to make small rectangles, but you can also use a simple cake pan and slice it. For garnish, you can also use fruit, jam, cream, etc.
