Preparation of Grilled Zucchini Rolls
Let’s see how to prepare the rolls
First, clean and wash the zucchini. Slice them thinly lengthwise, salt and grill. Meanwhile, prepare the filling by chopping the basil and parsley, add to the cream cheese and mix well to form a smooth cream. Once the zucchini are cooked, let them cool. Once cooled, spread the prepared cream on top and roll them up, place a wooden skewer so each guest can take their own.
Notes
You can also prepare them a few hours in advance, they keep well. If it’s hot, store them in the fridge. For a stronger taste, you can add pepper or chopped olives to the filling.
