Guacamole sauce is the famous Mexican sauce made with avocado that is simple and quick to prepare. The sauce with parsley is perfect for those who do not like the taste of cilantro. Great sauce for canapés, bruschetta, and nachos, but also perfect as a pasta dressing.

Preparation of Guacamole Sauce with Parsley
Let’s see how to prepare the guacamole sauce.
First, cut the avocado into pieces and place it in the blender. Also, cut the tomato and bell pepper into pieces, finely chop the onion, parsley, and basil, combine everything with the avocado, add a small piece of garlic and a pinch of ground chili. Add a tablespoon of oil, the lemon juice, and blend. I like it creamier, so I made it smoother, but you can leave it with chunks inside according to your taste. Put it in a bowl and decorate with tomato cubes and parsley. Serve with vegetable sticks.
Notes
The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for 2/3 days. I served it with mixed raw vegetable sticks, but you can enjoy it simply with nachos or as you like.
