- 2 zucchinis
- 5.3 oz prosciutto

Preparation of Melon and Prosciutto Appetizer in a Boat
Let’s see how to prepare the melon and prosciutto appetizer.
First, wash and clean the zucchinis. Use a peeler to cut the zucchinis into strips.
Blanch for a few minutes in a small pot with water and let cool.
Halve the melons and remove seeds and filaments. Use the melon baller to extract balls or strips from one half of the melon. Cut the prosciutto into strips. Now take the zucchinis, prosciutto, and sliced melon and roll them, fill the other melon halves with the prepared rolls, salt the zucchinis, and sprinkle with a drizzle of oil. Our appetizer is ready to be served.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for one day covered with plastic wrap. If you want a richer appetizer, you can add mozzarella and a bit of salad.
