Pizza dough 3 g of yeast, an easy recipe. I use little yeast to make the pizza’s flavor more pleasant and especially more digestible. The most important thing, using little yeast, is that you need to prepare the dough early in the morning or even the night before to let it rise well

Preparation of pizza dough 3 g of yeast
Let’s see how to prepare pizza dough 3 g of yeast.
First of all, heat the water a bit, it should be warm around 72/77°F, then add the oil.
Place the sifted flour in a bowl, add the salt, sugar, and yeast, start mixing by adding the water with the oil, knead and gradually add the water.
Work the dough well, it should be smooth, homogeneous, and soft. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then make 3/4 folds, let it rest another 20 minutes, and repeat the folds. You can easily prepare the dough with the stand mixer by adding all the ingredients and letting it run at medium speed, when it’s ready, make the folds as written above. Place in a large bowl and cover with a towel or plastic wrap, place in the oven turned off with the light on and let it rise for at least 10/12 hours, it should at least double in volume. Once risen, prepare the dough balls and let rise another 1 hour, the dough is now ready to prepare your pizza.
Look at this spectacle, well aerated.
Notes
The doses are for 2/3 pizzas for trays 12 inches in diameter. Remember that before baking the pizza, the oven must be very hot, around 392°F, to ensure optimal cooking.
