POT ROAST PORK LOIN

Pot Roast Pork Loin not just in the oven… It turns out delicious cooked in a pot…. actually, I think it’s even better. Few ingredients that will make the meat succulent… Pot roast pork loin is a classic Sunday dish. It’s an easy recipe to prepare and perfect to pair with roasted potatoes or fries, or even a nice salad.

Ingredients for POT ROAST PORK LOIN

  • 1.1 lbs Pork Loin
  • Garlic cloves
  • 4 Sage leaves
  • Half a cup of white wine
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste

Preparation of POT ROAST PORK LOIN

  • Let’s see how to prepare the roast.

    In a pot, heat the oil and sauté the garlic cloves. Massage the entire Pork Loin with salt and oregano. Place the meat in the pot, brown well on all sides, and add the sage leaves. Once it is well browned, add the white wine and let it evaporate….then continue cooking on low heat, covering with a lid, occasionally turning the meat.

Notes

Once cooked, let it cool a little in the pot before slicing. Serve with a bit of the sauce that formed during cooking.
