- 1 roll Puff Pastry
- 1 Egg Yolk
- as needed Pitted Green Olives with and without Peppers
- 100 g Cream Cheese
- 100 g Cooked Ham Slices

Preparation of Puff Pastry Christmas Tree Appetizer
Let’s see how to prepare the puff pastry tree.
Spread the cream cheese evenly on the puff pastry. Take the slices of ham and place them over the entire pastry and roll it up using baking paper. Then cut into small pieces. Place on baking paper trying to form a tree. Brush with egg yolk. Decorate as desired with olives, alternating the ones with pepper and without.
Notes
If you have more guests for lunch, double the amount of ingredients to make a larger tree.
