Rose Pizza Preparation
Let’s see how to prepare the pizza.
First season the tomato pulp by adding a pinch of salt, a drizzle of olive oil, and oregano, and mix well to enhance the flavor. If you prepared the pizza dough, roll it out well when it’s half risen, giving it a rectangular shape with a thickness of about 0.2 inches. Let it rise again after filling, otherwise, take your ready-made base, spread the tomato well over the entire dough leaving a 0.4-inch edge free, add the sliced cooked ham and mozzarella cut into cubes or julienne. At this point, roll the dough with the filling from the longer side, cut into slices with a sharp knife, and place each slice into a round pan until it’s filled. If you made the dough yourself, let it rise for at least another half hour before baking. If it’s a ready-made base, bake in the hot oven immediately and cook until desired golden brown, checking the baking time as it takes longer than a normal pizza.
notes
Of course, you can fill it as you like; if you prepare it for snacks or buffets, separate all the pieces and place them on a tray. If there’s any leftover, store it like a regular pizza.
