Preparation of Shrimp and Peach Starter with Cocktail Sauce
Let’s see how to prepare the shrimp appetizer
First, clean the shrimp well, remove the shell, and wash them under running water. Then steam them for about 5 minutes. Set them aside with a little salt and pepper.
In a bowl, prepare the cocktail sauce by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, brandy, and Worcestershire sauce until fully combined. Wash the lettuce leaves, wash and slice the peaches, and dry the salad a bit. Take the appetizer plates and assemble the dish. On each plate, first place the salad, then spread a layer of sauce, place the shrimp and peach slices on top, alternating them. Your appetizer is ready to be served. You can prepare the sauce and shrimp in advance, just refrigerate them a bit, and assemble the plate before serving.
