  • 25 Zucchini
  • 3.5 Tomato pulp
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Half a glass of water
  • 4 Sage leaves

Preparation of Stewed Zucchini with Tomato

  • Let’s see how to prepare the zucchini. First, clean and wash the zucchini well, then cut them into pieces. In a pot with a little olive oil, sauté the garlic, then add the zucchini, salt, oregano, and sage, then pour in the tomato and water, mix well and let cook covered, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 20 minutes, and test with a fork to check if they are done.

If you want, you can add capers that go well with it, or grated Parmesan cheese to make the zucchini stringy and tastier.
