Ingredients Stranger Things Birthday Cake
- 2 jars Vanilla Yogurt
- 3 jars Sugar
- 6 jars All-purpose flour
- 2 jars Vegetable oil
- 2 packets Baking powder
- 1 Lemon peel
- 4 Eggs
- 1 3/4 cups Sweetened whipping cream
- to taste Sugar pearls (Silver)
- 1 wafer Wafer sheet (Stranger Things)
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Cornstarch
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Lemon
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 3/4 oz Dark chocolate

Steps Stranger Things Cake
Let’s see how to prepare the cake.
First of all, you need to put the cream in the fridge, it should be nice and cold, and at least half an hour before whipping it, also place the bowl in the fridge.
In a bowl, pour the 2 jars of yogurt, clean one and use it as a container, pour the jars filled with sugar, flour, and oil, add the baking powder, eggs, and grated peel of 1 lemon, mix vigorously with a spoon, you can also use the beaters, pour all the mixture into the pan lined with baking paper and bake in the hot oven and cook at 350°F for about 35/40 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool slightly before removing from the mold.
Let’s prepare the lemon cream, heat the milk with half the lemon peel, in a bowl beat the eggs well with the sugar and cornstarch, add the grated peel of the remaining lemon, remove the peel from the milk and pour it into the mixture while stirring well, pour everything into the milk saucepan and put it back on the heat stirring until it thickens. When ready, cover with plastic wrap.
Let’s prepare the chocolate cream.
In a saucepan, put the cocoa, sugar, and cornstarch, mix well, pour while stirring in the hot milk, put it back on the heat and stir until it thickens, cover with plastic wrap. Let it cool well before filling the cake.
In the meantime, whip the cream with the electric mixer.
When the creams are cooler, assemble the cake, divide the cake into three parts, if necessary, level the top and sides, place the first part of the cake on the tray, simply soak the cake with milk, fill the first layer with chocolate cream using the spatula, place the second part, always soak with milk and fill with lemon cream, cover with the last layer, soak with milk and cover with cream, place the silver pearls on the side randomly, place the Stranger Things wafer on top, put the remaining cream in a pastry bag with the nozzle you prefer and make dollops on the edges of the cake, fill the bottom with pearls and make some dollops of cream at the corners.
