  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate
  • 3 oz dark chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 walnuts
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation of Super Chocolatey Muffin Brownies

Let’s see how to prepare the muffin brownies.

In a bowl, pour the flour, cocoa, sugar, and salt and mix well. Add the eggs and the softened butter cut into pieces, take the electric whisk, and start whisking until the eggs and butter are well combined. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, when melted, add it to the mixture, continuing to whisk until it becomes nice and fluffy.

  • Add the chocolate chips and the chopped walnuts then mix with a spoon, pour into a piping bag, and fill the muffin liners, bake in the preheated oven and cook for about 15 minutes. Your muffins are ready to be enjoyed.

Notes

The muffin brownies are delicious as they are, but you can make them even more indulgent by decorating them with whipped cream or chocolate glaze. They simply keep in a closed oven or in a container for 3/4 days.
