Tasty meatballs are an easy-to-prepare and very delicious main course. A meat mixture that we shape into balls, then coat with breadcrumbs and fry, a real treat that the whole family will enjoy, even the children.

Ingredients for Tasty Meatballs
- 14 oz Ground meat
- 4 slices Homemade bread
- 1 Egg for filling (1 egg for breading)
- 2 slices Cooked ham
- Half Onion
- 1 bunch Parsley
- as needed Breadcrumbs
- 1 clove Garlic
- as needed Salt
- as needed Extra virgin olive oil
- as needed Flour

Preparation for Tasty Meatballs
Sauté the onion and add the ground meat, cook for 12/15 minutes, once cooked let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, soak the bread in water, it should soften, then squeeze well to remove excess water. In a bowl, pour the meat and squeezed bread, add the chopped parsley, diced ham, and the egg, mix well adjusting with salt.
Shape the mixture into balls, coat with flour, then dip in beaten egg and cover with breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan and start frying, cook until golden brown, once cooked drain on absorbent paper.
Notes
I recommend enjoying them hot, but they are delicious even cold. If you have leftovers, store in the refrigerator in a closed container.
