Triple Chocolate Brownies Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 oz Dark chocolate
- 3.5 oz White chocolate
- 3.5 oz Chocolate chips
- 5 oz Butter
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 5 Walnuts

Triple Chocolate Brownies Preparation
In a bowl, beat room temperature butter with sugar, add eggs and continue mixing with electric whisks. Then add the flour, cocoa, and salt, always mixing. Place the dark chocolate in a double boiler, then pour into the mixture. Add the chocolate chips. Chop the walnuts well and add them to the mixture, always mixing. Pour into a rectangular pan lined with parchment paper and spread well. Now place the white chocolate in a double boiler, then pour it over the mixture, stirring a little with a teaspoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for about 20/25 minutes. When it’s ready and cooled, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
It keeps for 3/4 days in a closed container. You can also garnish with ice cream or a fruit salad.
