The pâté is an incredibly easy recipe, you just need a can of tuna and some artichoke hearts in oil. Open the tuna and drain the excess oil, open the artichoke hearts and drain the excess oil. Take the blender glass and add the tuna, artichokes, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of lemon juice. Blend everything and you’re done. I blended it lightly because we like it a bit chunkier, but if you prefer a smoother and creamier pâté, just blend a bit more and you’ll get a nice cream. A chunkier pâté is perfect for filling crostini or accompanying your main dishes or salads. A creamier pâté, on the other hand, is excellent for dressing pasta or your risottos. Of course, it all depends on your taste.

You can enrich the tuna and artichoke hearts in oil pâté by adding 1 or 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese. You can also add some chopped parsley. The pâté is preserved in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, closed in an airtight container.
