Today I felt like it, you know when you get that craving for a chocolate cake!!! I absolutely had to make this delicious and super easy cake. Ultra Soft Chocolate Cake, perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even a great dessert. If you’re very indulgent, you can also fill the cake with a custard.

Ultra Soft Chocolate Cake Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Heaping)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- to taste powdered sugar

Preparation of Ultra Soft Chocolate Cake
Let’s see how to prepare the chocolate cake. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, and cocoa, and add the eggs while stirring. Then add the melted cooled butter and room temperature milk, mixing well with the whisk until you obtain a nice homogeneous mixture without lumps. Preheat the oven. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper or greased and floured, and bake at 350°F for about 40/45 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Always check baking with a skewer or toothpick… from oven to oven it can vary.
The cake keeps for 3/4 days.
