Vegan Apple Cake Preparation
Let’s see how to prepare the vegan apple cake without eggs and butter.
First of all, wash and peel the apples, dice two apples and slice two apples, then put them in a small bowl with lemon juice and mix well. In a bowl, mix the sugar with the oil and almond milk using a whisk. Add the grated lemon zest and juice, gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, mixing very well. Add the diced apples, mix the mixture well, and pour it into a greased and floured springform pan or lined with parchment paper.
At this point, place the apple slices on top to decorate the cake and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 45/50 minutes. Always test with a toothpick before removing the cake from the oven as baking times may vary.

I recommend allowing the vegan apple cake without eggs and butter to cool completely before removing it from the pan. Once cooled, give it a good dusting with powdered sugar. If you like, you can also add a bit of cinnamon powder or put it inside the batter.
