Baked Mediterranean Primo Sale

The baked Mediterranean primo sale is a very tasty, delicious, and flavorful second course, quick to prepare and very simple to make. As you can see on my blog, I always prepare very quick recipes because I think not everyone has a lot of time to dedicate to preparations, especially those who come home tired from work and might have little time but don’t want to give up something tasty. Steps to make baked Mediterranean primo sale

  • To prepare the baked Mediterranean primo sale, first drain well and dry the primo sale with a paper towel. Then take a small baking pan and line it with parchment paper, then place the primo sale. Now wash the cherry tomatoes well, cut them into 4 parts, take the black olives, cut them in half. Then take the capers, I took those in salt, then I rinsed them under running water. Add everything to the primo sale pan, distributing everything well around the edges.

  • Meanwhile, preheat the fan oven to 350°F. Now season the primo sale, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and capers by adding a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, dried oregano, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Bake at 350°F fan oven and cook for 20 minutes. Then put it for a couple of minutes under the grill to create a sort of golden crust.

  • Then let it cool and enjoy! Really delicious!
