Steps for making Brussels Sprouts with Bacon in a Pan
To prepare Brussels sprouts with bacon in a pan, first, clean the sprouts well. Remove the base and any damaged or yellowed outer leaves and rinse thoroughly. Then cut them in half. Now take a large pot and bring salted water to a boil. Boil your sprouts for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, clean the shallot by removing the outer skin and chop it finely. Also prepare the bacon cut into strips, I used sliced bacon, so it’s very thin, but if you prefer, you can choose bacon cubes or matchsticks.
When they are cooked, drain the sprouts.
