In this case, I specifically thought of it for that day, as I used a heart-shaped springform pan. If you want, you can use any type of pan. Steps to prepare the chocolate cake with a soft center
To prepare the chocolate cake with a soft center, first place the chopped dark chocolate and the butter, also chopped, into a bowl or a plate. Melt them either in a bain-marie or, as I did, in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Then mix with a spatula to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture. In a large bowl, pour the eggs with the sugar and turn on the electric whisk. Then add the previously prepared dark chocolate and incorporate everything with the whisk. Finally, add the all-purpose flour and mix again.
At this point, preheat the static oven to 356 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, take the pan, I chose the heart-shaped springform one, more convenient to open to avoid breaking the cake, and oil and flour it, or butter and flour it, as you prefer. Butter both the bottom and the sides well so the cake does not stick. Pour the cake into the pan and bake the cake for about 20/25 minutes, depending on the oven. In this case, I baked it for 25 minutes.
Remember that in this cake the center must remain soft. However, to be safe, always do the toothpick test to see if it is cooked. At the end of cooking, take the cake out of the oven and sprinkle it with powdered sugar as desired. Your cake is ready to be eaten! Delicious!

You can store this cake in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
This cake should be eaten warm, not cold, otherwise you won’t get that soft interior effect, although it is also delicious when cold.
